Lovely pool, convenient bus stop nearby for city center. Great for exploring Florence with the added bonus of a relaxing pool. Nice food at onsite restaurant. Comfortable bed and helpful concierge staff. Some room for improvement with pool cleanliness, but overall friendly pool staff.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location within an extensive park was simply breathtaking and provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist me in any way they could. The hotel was in a convenient location, just outside of the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was one of the best we had during our trip. We also appreciated the free parking that was available.
One negative aspect was the lack of tea/coffee maker in the room, which was inconvenient for us. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel was quite expensive.
